We have a team that specializes in final cleans i.e. debris removal and hauling, cleaning and sealing tile, VCT and concrete, window cleaning, bathrooms, plumbing fixtures, stainless steel etc.

They are keen to report damages and repairs as needed i.e. graffiti, plumbing leaks, electrical issues, and of course light bulb replacement.
We save our customers countless dollars and valuable time by competently making most of the repairs ourselves i.e. clearing a toilet line, replacing light bulbs, door adjustments. If the repair requires a plumber, electrician, HVAC, elevator or escalator technician, we will inform you of the repair required and upon your approval, call your pre approved vendors.
